Don't blame yourself, these are accidents and you are not responsible for this, but I hope you have been able to overcome it and that you have had very nice moments with your kitten

omg i feel so bad rn, to lose an animal or a person, i hope ur doing ok. dont worry she will be in heaven, don't blame yourself it's not ur fault, as a cat lover reading this is just sad, i'm literally about to cry, and btw dont hope for her to have peace in heaven, because she is already having peace up there. btw ur kitten was very cute!

I'm so sorry for your loss, your kitty looked adorable. Please don't be hard on yourself, blaming yourself is a natural reaction, but accidents happen. What matters is that you loved your kitty and cared for her best you could.
